Mobile device data can be useful for a variety of purposes, such as tracking the usage of a device, analysing the behaviour of its user, and providing personalized services and content.

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analysing how the Service is used.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • Web3 refers to the third generation of the World Wide Web, which focuses on the development of technologies that enable decentralized, distributed systems and applications. This is often accomplished through the use of blockchain technology, which allows for the creation of secure, transparent, and decentralized networks that can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as enabling peer-to-peer transactions, creating decentralized applications, and more. Web3 is important because it has the potential to fundamentally change the way that the internet is used and how information is shared and accessed. By enabling decentralized systems and applications, web3 can help to create a more open, transparent, and secure internet that is less reliant on centralized authorities and intermediaries.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Collecting and Using Your Mobile Device Data

Mobile Device Data

 

While using Our Service, We will not ask You to provide Us with any personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Instead We will be identifying your mobile device by a unique identifier such as an IME. There will be no link between your mobile device’s IME and your person. In other words, we optimise and personalise Our Service to the mobile device and its usage and not to the person using it, i.e. You.

 

Usage Data

 

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), your GPS location, browser type, browser version, the pages or links to apps or dApps of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers (e.g. IME number) and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, your GPS location and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Information regarding your location

  • Information regarding the apps or dApps you are selecting

  • The amount of time you spend on each app or dApp

  • The apps or dApps you chose as your favourites

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

Please note that we do NOT collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address and telephone number. In a decentralised mobile Web3.0 world, we collect data from the mobile device and its usage for the Mobile Device and not for the user.

Use of the Mobile Device Data

The Company may use Mobile Identifiable data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of Our Service.

  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

  • To notify You: To notify you using electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

  • To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

  • For other purposes: We may use Your mobile device information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

We may share Your mobile device information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We may share Your mobile device information with Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our Service, to contact You.

  • For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your mobile device information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

  • With Affiliates: We may share Your information with Our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Policy. Retention of Your Mobile Device Data

The Company will retain Your Mobile device data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Mobile Device Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
